SC directs SEBI to review Oberoi Realty, Valor Estate proposals for Sahara’s prime 106-acre Mumbai plot
The Supreme Court instructed the Securities and Exchange Board of India to review land development proposals by Oberoi Realty and Valor Estate for Sahara's 106-acre Versova plot. Each developer must deposit Rs 1000 crore with the SC registry. Sahara is directed to refund bond investors Rs 24,029 crore with interest.
