PFC Consulting transfers Kudankulam project SPV to PGCIL
PFC Consulting transferred a project special purpose vehicle (SPV), Kudankulam ISTS Transmission Ltd, to Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd for Rs 7.43 crore. This transfer was completed on January 10, 2025. The SPV was created for the evacuation of power from Kudankulam Unit – 3 & 4. The share purchase agreement outlines this transaction.
