Mangaluru-Bengaluru day-time trains cancelled for 154 days due to electrification work

Several daytime train services connecting Mangaluru and Bengaluru will be suspended. This disruption is due to railway electrification work on the Sakleshpur-Subrahmanya Road section. The South Western Railway announced the 154-day suspension starting June 1. Passenger associations are worried about the lack of alternative arrangements. They are urging railway authorities to minimize public inconvenience during this period.
