A sexual assault lawsuit against Jay-Z and Sean "Diddy" Combs has been dismissed after the accuser, Jane Doe, voluntarily withdrew her case. The lawsuit, initially filed against Combs in October and later amended to include Jay-Z in December, alleged that both men raped her at an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty in 2000 when she was 13. Jay-Z strongly denied the claims, calling them "frivolous" and a "money grab." Following the dismissal, he issued a statement celebrating the legal victory while criticizing the justice system for allowing baseless accusations.
