Govt increases cheap domestic gas allocation to IGL: Company
The government has increased the allocation of cheap domestic gas to Indraprastha Gas Ltd (IGL) by 31% starting January 2025. This will boost IGL's profitability. The company also secured additional regasified liquefied natural gas at competitive prices. Recent cuts in cheap domestic gas had raised costs for city gas companies and affected their stock prices.
