GMR Group receives Rs 6,300 crore investment from Abu Dhabi Investment Authority
GMR Group received a Rs 6,300 crore investment from Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund ADIA to reduce the debt of its promoter entity, GMR Enterprises Pvt Ltd. The investment was made through Optionally Convertible Debentures and aims to decrease share pledges and refinancing risk for the company.
