President Donald Trump said Venezuela’s oil industry could become profitable again with backing from the United States, after U.S. forces captured President Nicolás Maduro, who faces drug and weapons charges. Trump said large U.S. oil companies would invest billions to repair Venezuela’s damaged oil infrastructure and boost production, which he described as far below potential.
