Queens Clearview Expressway is experiencing flooding. New York City highway has gone underwater and trapped vehicles. Torrential rain caused severe flooding on Queens’ Clearview Expressway, submerging vehicles and prompting a state of emergency. Emergency units responded as four vehicles, including a semi-truck, were trapped. All occupants are safe. Governor Hochul advised early dismissals, warning of more rain and commuter disruptions in New York City.
