Ex-judge moves HC over gratuity payment for serving as dy Lokayukta
The Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued notices to the principal accountant general, Gwalior, on a plea by former deputy Lokayukta Umesh Chandra Maheshwari for his gratuity payment. The petitioner states that the payment is approved by the state government and governor, but rejected by the accountant general contrary to relevant provisions.
