As Joe Biden leaves office, a new AP-NORC poll shows only around one-quarter of Americans view his presidency positively, lower than Trump's or Obama's ratings at the end of their terms. Disappointment is especially high among younger, Black, and Hispanic Americans. Few believe the country improved under Biden's leadership.
