Prateek Group to invest Rs 2,000 cr to build luxury housing project in Ghaziabad
Prateek Group will invest over Rs 2,000 crore to develop a luxury housing project 'Prateek Grand Begonia' in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad. The project will cover 15 acres and include 2,400 flats. The company aims to leverage strong consumer demand and expects sales revenue of more than Rs 5,000 crore.
