Sean Dyche has been sacked by Everton after almost two years as manager, hours before the club host Peterborough in an FA Cup third-round tie.
Everton have been under new ownership since The Friedkin Group completed its takeover on 19 December, since when Everton have drawn twice and lost twice, scoring one goal.
