hBits raises Rs 40 crore from Thackersey Group entity in Series A funding
Fractional ownership platform hBits has raised Rs 40 crore in Series A funding from Capricon Realty. The funds will support its AI-driven platform and expand its reach. hBits aims to triple its assets under management to Rs 1,500 crore by the next financial year. The platform has applied for a Small and Medium REITs license with SEBI.
